I cannot log in to my account

Start with the sign-in method

Use this when an existing account will not open. Most login issues come from using a different sign-in method, entering a slightly different email address, or carrying an old browser session into a new attempt.

Check the account details

  1. Type your login email manually and confirm there are no extra spaces before or after it.
  2. Try one careful password attempt. If it fails, stop guessing and use reset to avoid lockout behavior.
  3. Open a private browser window and sign in there. If that works, clear cookies for this site in your normal browser.
  4. If you use Google sign-in, click the same method you used when you created the account.

Send us the failed attempt details

Go to Contact Support with the email you are trying, the exact error text, and the local time of your last attempt.
