Where billing changes happen
Use this for subscription status, cancellation timing, renewal dates, and invoice access. Tagloom sends subscription management to the Stripe billing portal from the Billing page when your account is eligible to manage a subscription.
Use the Billing page first
- Open billing settings and review your current plan status and next renewal date.
- Open the Stripe billing portal for payment method, cancellation, renewal, and invoice options.
- If you plan to cancel, complete cancellation before the next renewal date to avoid another cycle charge.
- After any billing change, refresh the page and confirm the new status is shown.
When the portal is unavailable
If the portal fails to open, or the invoice record you need is not available there, contact Support with your account email and billing date.
