Checkout returned but generation did not resume

Confirm checkout synced

Use this when payment succeeds but you return to the app and your pending generation does not continue. The app tries to resume from saved generation context, but billing sync or browser state can interrupt that handoff.

Resume manually if needed

  1. Wait a moment and refresh once to let billing status sync.
  2. Confirm the account shown in the app matches the one used for checkout.
  3. Open billing settings to verify the plan or credits were applied.
  4. Re-run the generation request manually from saved input.

When payment posted

If payment posted but generation still cannot run, contact Support with the charge time and checkout email so we can reconcile session state.
